Hello, everybody. How are you? I hope you’re happy. We want you to be happy. I am.

So, it’s been a little over three months since I joined Advokate and I’d like to tell you a little bit about how it’s going. I think it’s going well. I’ve learned a lot about the business and continue to learn more. Kate’s a good boss. She’s enthusiastic, encouraging, and insightful. But you guys already know that. She’s a dynamo!

I’ve enjoyed getting to know Advokate’s clients and I always get excited to see how Kate has helped you. I hope you all are happy with my service, too. You’ll probably agree with me that my customer service is just simply incredible. By now, a lot of Advokate’s clients have probably received an email from me or we’ve met in person. I love being able to put a face with the name. I love being able to connect Kate’s work with the person we’re helping out. You’re all great and I appreciate our partnership. And I’m proud of our partners for their business ventures. You rock! Good job.

As time passes, Kate’s been training me on different tasks and duties and that’s a good thing for all of us. I’m becoming more comfortable with my responsibilities and two Austin-Avons working together means Advokate is going to be stronger which means our quality of work and service is going to be better which means your business is going to do better! That might be a run-on sentence. Maybe I need some commas in there. Anyway, I’ll be taking on more behind the scenes duties which will help Kate focus on all of you. And that’s a good thing.

As you might know, we’ve recently set up our home office. I like it. It’s nice working from home. I’m barefoot right now and drinking some home brewed coffee. It’s pretty sweet. It’s also very professional. We have computers, file cabinets, a printer, and a paper shredder! Also, one of those green glass, desktop bankers lamps. We have a stapler and paper clips and stuff, too.

So, in summation, you’re in good hands with Advokate. Together, our clients, Kate, and I, we make a great team. We’re here to help. We care.
