Advokate is thankful for you

Nothing like waking up at my own leisure (no dreadful alarm clock!), wandering foggily downstairs to make a pot of tea, checking my email and in the blink of an eye it’s 8 or 9 in the evening and time to wrap it up after a day of meeting with friendly folks, computering and creating. I love my workday. I wouldn’t trade it for all the money in the world.

At my one-year anniversary in October, I was surprised that a whole year had gone by and there wasn’t a single day that it felt like work! How many people are so lucky to be able to get through a whole year without working (and not going the unemployment or trust fund route, mind you)?

This wouldn’t work without Advokate’s fine clients and community – friendly, wonderful, enterprising, brilliant people. So this Thanksgiving, what am I thankful for?

I’m thankful for you.
